AI Features

Aura includes AI-powered features such as voice assistants, content recommendations, and discovery tools. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Aura is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Privacy

Your use of Aura is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Aura, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aura in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Aura shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
