Aura is built for authentic human connection through video. These guidelines help keep our community safe, respectful, and creative. Every user is expected to follow these rules. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Respect & Safety

Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic are strictly prohibited. Do not share others' personal information without their consent.

Content Standards

Do not post content that depicts graphic violence, sexual exploitation, self-harm, or dangerous activities. Content involving minors must comply with strict child safety standards. Nudity and sexually explicit content are not permitted. Content promoting illegal substances or activities is prohibited.

Authenticity

Be yourself. Do not impersonate other people, brands, or organizations. Do not spread misinformation or create deceptive content designed to mislead others. Clearly label AI-generated or heavily edited content. Spam, scams, and phishing attempts are not tolerated.

Intellectual Property

Respect the creative work of others. Do not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. If you use music, images, or clips from others, ensure you have permission or that your use qualifies as fair use.

Reporting & Enforcement

If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it using the in-app reporting tools. Our moderation team reviews reports promptly. Enforcement actions range from content removal and warnings to temporary suspensions and permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of violations.

AI Usage

Aura provides AI-powered tools to enhance your creative experience. Use these features responsibly. Do not use AI tools to generate harmful, misleading, or abusive content. AI-assisted content should still comply with all community guidelines. We reserve the right to limit AI feature access for users who misuse these tools.
