How do I create an account?
Download Aura from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap "Sign Up". You can register with your email address or phone number. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any video, photo, or message and select "Report". Choose the reason for your report and submit it. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours.
How do I change my username?
Go to Settings > Profile > Edit Profile and tap on your username to change it. Usernames must be unique and can only contain letters, numbers, and underscores.
Is my data private?
Yes. Aura is built with privacy first. Your personal data is stored securely in the EU, we never sell your information, and you can control your privacy settings in the app. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I report content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any content and select "Report". Choose the reason and submit. You can also block users from their profile page. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
Can I use Aura offline?
Aura requires an internet connection for most features, but you can browse previously loaded content and draft messages offline. They will sync automatically when you reconnect.
